This ensures that our finished products are hazard-free and are able to meet stringent requirements of our customers in any country. We on the way to implement HACCP standards in our factory with an objective to obtain the ISO 22000-2005 certification is a short while.
Our employees are well trained for achieving Total Quality Management objective and they are well aware about the strict guidelines of new FSSAI rule that ensures hygienic production atmosphere.
Our food technologists at factory ensures the quality of raw materials used and finished products through proper analysis and periodically reviews the product taste profile and quality.
Rubiyan Foods is committed to fulfill its regulatory and statutory requirements and international standards of product safety and hygiene and will not allow the product that is harmful to consumers to go to the market. It will institute systems and measure to monitor compliance in order to meet its responsibilities to customers.
The company has developed a professional food recall system as per FSSAI guidelines to promote open communication between the consumers, retailers and distributors of the company. Our quick response team will take necessary rectification action for any complaints, suggestions received from the stake holders.
